VolksTotal is a maintenance contract celebrated between the Customer and the authorized VW Dealer, to provide maintenance services throughout the local Dealernetworknational territory by the Network of Volkswagen dealers trucks and buses.

 Covers preventive maintenance according to the approved maintenance schedule for each kind of oepration. The Volkstotal covers labor and original parts, besides the recomended fluids and lubricants during the period indicated in the contract. |
 Contemplates the preventive and corrective maintenance performed at the vehicle. Besides labor, parts, fluids and lubricants utilized for the preventive maintenance (VolksTotal Prev), this option also covers non-planned repairs as a result of failures due to the natural vehicle operation. |
